Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every Re-Burn tee is made to order. Production takes 3-5 business days, followed by Royal Mail delivery (typically 1-3 days). Expect your order within 5-8 business days from purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Why does it take longer than buying from a regular shop?

Every Re-Burn item is printed specifically for you when you order - no pre-stocked warehouse. This means zero waste and a fresh product every time, but it does mean a slightly longer wait. We think it is worth it.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every item goes straight into production when you order, we are unable to cancel or make changes once your order is confirmed. Please double-check your size and colour before completing your purchase.

I entered the wrong delivery address - what do I do?

Contact us at hello@re-burn.co.uk as quickly as possible. If your order has not entered production yet, we will do our best to update the address. Once in production, we are unable to make changes.

Returns and Exchanges

What if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?

That is not acceptable - and we will sort it. Email hello@re-burn.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange if I ordered the wrong size?

As each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We strongly recommend checking our Sizing Guide before ordering. Not sure? Drop us a message before you buy and we will help you choose.

Products

What are the tees made from?

Everyday Tee - 100% ring-spun cotton, 153gsm. Soft, breathable, built for everyday wear.

Training Tee - 65% cotton / 35% polyester blend. Lightweight and ideal for the gym and active use. Available in heather colourways.

Do the tees run true to size?

Yes - both tees have a classic unisex fit and run true to size. Size down for a slimmer look, size up for a more relaxed fit. Check the Sizing Guide for exact garment measurements.

How should I care for my tee?

Wash inside out at 30C or lower. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.

Will the print fade?

Our tees are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. With proper care - washing inside out on a low temperature and no tumble drying - the print will stay vibrant wash after wash.
