A year ago, we walked back into the gym after years away. Life had got in the way — work, family, the usual excuses. We knew the feeling well: that mix of determination and self-consciousness that comes with starting over.

We showed up in running gear. It did the job, but stood out in all the wrong ways. Look around any weights floor and you'll spot the culture immediately — people wearing tees that feel intentional.
